The Little Titlebar Clock that could (or LTCLOCK for short)

LTCLOCK is a simple program to put the time and date in the current
window's title bar.  The easiest way to install it is to just put
it in your startup folder.

For readability considerations, LTCLOCK will not change the title bar
if the total number of characters in the title bar including the
time and date, is greater than 150.

This program is FREE, give it to anyone and everyone who may want it.
I do not, however, guarantee it in any way whatsoever, so use it at
your own risk. (As if!)
